Pillow Cases

These are pillow cases to coordinate with Crystal's Ohio Star quilt.  Just a teaser.  I needed a break from hand quilting and decided to make these.

Ohio Star Quilt Top

This will be 104x104 finished.  Still have plenty of blue fabrics left, so will make some throw pillows or something to go with it.  Because Crystal wants the antique look, I'm going to hand-quilt this one in the ditch.  My least favorite part is next--layering this huge quilt and getting it to all lay out smooth prior to the quilting.
I've picked up a few tricks over the years to make it easier, but still find it frustrating to do king-size ones.

Proof

This is for Crystal--proof that I really have been working on the Ohio Star Quilt.  I have all 36 blocks done, now I'm going to work on the sashing and borders and will post again as soon as I have the top completely put together.
