Woven Wonder

I used a couple of cute jelly roll fabrics by Riley Blake in this one. It's about 52x62 and it is straight-line machine quilted. One of those supposedly easy rag quilt, and quilt-as-you-go things. A little out of my comfort zone, but it was kinda fun.

Candy Squares

This is from a Craftsy quilt kit I picked up some time ago. I added jumbo rick-rack to the border to add some interest. It's about 54x66. Machine quilted. I am loving all the bright batik colors.

Family Pictures

We try to get our family picture done every few years. We have grown quite a bit, so we've certainly seen a lot of changes.
This one totally cracks me up because we couldn't get our one and ONLY grandson to smile. He wanted nothing to do with sitting with all those girls and getting his picture taken again. We took him away from trying to climb a tree and he was none too happy about it.

It's so hard to get everyone together anymore! We do at least all live in the same state now, so it's not as difficult as it used to be. Just love these cute people!

Halloween 2015

Halloween fun. We're trying to get more into Halloween, since the grand kids are getting older and it's a big deal to them. I even won the adult costume prize! All the kids and grandkids were so awesome. It was so much fun. I already have next years' costume planned out :)

Downton Abbey-inspired Quilt Finish

I actually completed this lap-sized quilt a month ago, but I was having some computer issues. I am working on three (and another in the planning stages) quilts right now. This quilt has some Downton Abbey fabrics in it, so it's a vintage-inspired quilt. I machine quilted it.

We also have a couple of new GRAND babes. They are adorable, of course!
Oh, they are soooo sweet! Just love them to pieces!!
